A nice little afternoon walk along my special little beach at St. Mary’s Bay and the river at Hythe to stretch the legs and get some fresh air on this very last day of 2020…
Was so flipping amazing to be near the water again (gosh I have missed it!) and be at the very place I used to come down to every morning to watch the sunrise years ago when I was trying to get myself back on track again.
A place that will always hold a very special place in my heart, as it is the very place I would quietly sit on my own every morning as the day would begin to break, and just mentally pick up all the pieces and put them back together again.
It felt good to be there today,

A nice little reflection and a reminder of how far things have come from who I was when I first started going there, to who I am today.
And a great reminder to keep trudging on, to take things day by day just as I did back then, to walk the path step by step in finding ways to navigate through this new year ahead. Which is already clouded with tremendous uncertainty given amongst other things, in terms of what we know now and the lifestyle I have chosen to live.
Knowing that I don’t have all the answers and I won’t have it all figured out right now, but knowing that I will inevitably figure it out along the way…in due time, course and process.
Have a happy new year everyone!
Big love to every single one of you!
Let’s dive right in!
