On the south coast of Spain, there is a bay, the bay with the cave…
A bay that is so well hidden that if you blink, you’ll no doubt miss its tiny little entrance.
My favourite little place that I’ve come to for the past few years when I just want to disconnect. Apart from the odd hiker that passes by throughout the day for rest, from about 3pm during the winter months, you’ve got the whole place to yourself.
Not a soul for literally miles and miles…
There’s no mobile signal apart from right here up the mountain which you need to climb up to get, so you can just switch off and take in your surroundings completely.
Complete solitude, isolation, space and freedom from the rest of the world… pure bliss. 🤩

It’s nice to come up here, to spend some time and enjoy the view below… Especially seeing the lovely and content Rosey Rambler just bobbing away on the water.
Just off the beach, there is a cave, where some nights I’ll take a sleeping bag ashore, find some wood, make a fire and sleep in the cave under an amphitheatre of a billion stars… Let’s just say, it’s quite an incredible experience…
It’s so good to be back here after not being here for over a year, although it still feels like the first time I came here… it really is a special little place…
Those who know of it will know, and those who don’t, good luck at ever finding it…😉
Hope you’re having an awesome Sunday!
Absolutely loving this!
😎🙌🏻⛵️
