Thank you for all the messages of concern as word has begun to spread,
but yes, this happened on Sunday afternoon when a monstrous relentless freak storm came through blowing around 70+ knots (winds of 110kph where recorded in the area) that lasted about 10-15mins but caused absolute carnage.
I’m fine, Rosey is fine, was a little shaken up as it was an incredibly tense and stressful few moments on the boat trying to steer her away from getting smashed up on the rocks a few metres away and onto the sand as the wind was just too powerful and pushed Rosey towards the shore.
Thankfully I have the most amazing people around me in this beautiful place who literally dropped everything and rushed down to help out when I was on the beach.
I will post the full story tomorrow, but thank you for all the messages so far, will properly fill you in on the whole event tomorrow.
😎🙌🏻⛵️
