I’m still around, although I’ve had quite a lot to deal with since landing up on the beach a few weeks ago.
Thank you so much for all the messages of love and support, I’m so truly grateful and thankful for all of you, it just blows me away when I get a few moments to read a few of them, I’ve got so much love for you guys it’s unbelievable, thank you!
Apologies if I haven’t been able to read them all yet, but there’s been a lot to deal with amongst everything on top of all the stress that comes with it especially when you’re trying to do this on your own and on a shoestring budget which just seems to do a fine job at amplifying the stress.
But thankfully I have you guys and some incredible people around me which really helps me keep putting one foot in front of the other. There’s been a lot of obstacles and challenges to overcome but overcoming them I am, slowly but surely.
I did try to leave Mallorca last week however after getting 25miles down the coast and just about to hop off the corner of the island I discovered I had a major problem where I had a stream of water filling up the bilges under the floorboards of the boat…
Which is not something you want to experience when you’re a few miles offshore, on your own in the dark.
But thankfully I managed to make it back safely to Port Soller in the early hours of the morning.
I’ll tell you all about it as soon as I can but for now, as I’m sure you can imagine, the priority is to get Rosey fixed and sorted so we can be sailing into the sunset once again. But boy do I have a lot to tell you guys! So keep your eyes out for all the updates coming soon.
Thank you so much guys! So much love for you all.
